Registration fees

Early Bird Registration Fee (before 16 December 2010) is $ 850 incl GST

Full registration fee (after 16 December 2010 is $ 950 incl GST

3rd and subsequent delegates from the same school Early Bird $ 750.00

3rd and subsequent delegates from the same school Full  $ 850.00

We are offering the opportunity for delegates to pay 50% of the Registration fee now and the remaining 50% by 28 February 2011.

If you wish to pay 50% now, when registering on line, click on the add on “I wish to pay 50% now and 50% later’ and then in payment options, click ‘Register without Payment’

Then send in a cheque or fax the credit card details to pay for the 50% fee. You will be invoiced for the remainder.

Your registration includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Social functions including:
    • Welcome Function at The Beehive on Wednesday 6 April
    • Progressive Dinner at Te Papa on Saturday 9 April
  • Catering for conference days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Partners and guests are welcome to the Progressive Conference Dinner at Te Papa. Partners and guests dinner tickets are $ 120 (incl GST)

Registration fees and accommodation charges will not change with the increase of GST to 15 % in October.

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation of registration received prior to 28 February 2011 will receive a refund less $ 100.00 administration fee.  Cancellations after this date will not be entitled to a refund.  Substitutions may be made at any time but Conference Works Limited must be notified in writing. Accommodation cancellations are subject to the Hotel’s terms and conditions.
